1. Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A: We’re a professional manufacturer of kids costumes, welcome to visit our factory&office.

 

2. Q:Could I have a sample to check the quality ?
A:Yes,for the ready in stock models, we could send out samples immediately, For out of stock models, we provide sampling service according to your requirement.

 

3. Q: Can you make customized designs?

A: Yes. OEM&ODM are both welcomed. We can make customized designs based on the pictures/designs/draft you offer. About 10-15 days for sample and 40-45 days for production normally.

4. Q:What’s your payment term?
A:T/T, PayPal

 

5. Q: What’s delivery time?
A:Our lead time is about 7 to 20 working days after the confirmation of the purchase order. The lead time may be longer during busy seasons. We will confirm the delivery time with you for each individual order.

 

6. Q: What's your package way?

A: 1 pc/Opp Bag, 30 pcs into one cotton, or as customer requirement. We have our own exquisite packaging/can also be customized according to requirements

 

7. Q: Can I visit you?

A: Yes. Our factory is in Shangrao city, Jiangxi, China. We set up sales center in Hefei city, Anhui, China.  Welcome to visit our factory, sales center at any time!

 

8. Q: What is your main market?

A: Our main markets are America, Europe, Canada and Australia.

 

9. Q: What’s the MOQ?

A: Our MOQ for all the products is 10 doz. per model per color. We also know that some customers are new in the industry and require smaller quantity. We would like to offer the beginners with our best efforts. Please contact our professional sales representatives for more details about smaller quantity. We will have some specific models for your choice.
